Gentle Flow: Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30PM
Personal Virtual Offering
This class will be a slower paced hatha class where we’ll mindfully connect our breath to our body through static stretching, and mindful flows. This is a well rounded practice where we will work to gently open up all parts of the body.
If you have props, please bring them to this class - a bolster, a strap, and blocks. Substitute equipment for props could be pillows, a scarf, and books.
